enVizion is always looking for ways to find the gaps and help with employment outcomes.
Our Innisfail mentoring program is proving a hit. We are receiving excellent attendance and they are having a lot of fun during this program. Great to see such a positive change in these women already.
Both of our programs (Hospitality and Community Services) are now currently doing their work placements, so we would like to take this opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to all our valuable host employers who help make our programs such a success and in developing our participants with great skills in their chosen industries.
If any host employers would like to come on board in any of our programs, please feel free to contact me. By joining our teams, this allows you to give back to your industry, skill or up skill our local people and is a great way for you to “try before you buy”. You can also have your new staff trained without the extra burden of paying for wages. This will not cost you a penny and save you time in staff recruiting. All for no fee!
